Factory Audit:
Factory audit is performed by our experienced inspector following a general framework designed combine with the client’s specific requirements, when requested, final report will be provided in detail with related image
- Verify the factory existence
- Verify all the important elements, such as core production competencies and capacity, quality system procedures, etc
- The factory audit report will state factory profile, work flow, factory facility, quality assurance system, social accountability, etc
- The report will enable the clients to efficiently select and confidently dealing with a high qualified vendor
Inspection:
Inspection has the following 4 types during different stage of purchasing in China; final inspection report will be provided with image
A. Pre-Shipment Inspection
- Conducted when whole or at least 80% of production completed, goods are packed for export
- Sample are selected randomly, based on an agreed Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards and procedures
- Products are verified according to the specification, purchase order or approved samples
B. Initial Production Inspection
- The inspection is performed at the beginning of manufacturing and aim to ensure that all agreed specification, marking, printing, and quality standard are thoroughly understood by the manufacturer
- To ensure the quality and presence of the materials used in the production process from the beginning
- Based on the approved sample and packaging material, inspector will check the product made from the first production run if it can be done when the inspector is in site to prevent defective products and adopt corrections plan timely from the beginning
C. During Production Inspection
- Occurs when the production completed at least 20%
- To ensure bulk products made meet the agreed product specification, approved sample, marking, printing and packaging required
- To ensure the correction plan adopted properly through production recommended during the initial production inspection
- To help to have recommendation onsite to monitor the production progress to meet the expectation of completion on time
D. Container Loading Check
- The inspection carried out in the warehouse of the manufacturer or forwarder
- Based on purchase order, the quantity of products will be checked to ensure the entire cargo loaded with the right product and quantity
- The inspector monitor the entire loading process to ensure the goods packed in good condition and order in the container
